ΟΛΑ ΤΑ ΕΣΟΔΑ από τα εισιτήρια θα διατεθούν στα 10 σωματεία.

Composer and singer Stephanos Korkolis headlined a concert in Athens’ historic Herodian Theater on September 26 to raise funds for PNOE and its nine sister charities in “Mazi Gia to Paidi,” “Together for Children.”
The benefit, which also featured several of Greece’s most popular performers, drew some 4,000 Athenians, many of whom joined in to sing along. Since all the performers donated their services, the charities received 15,000 Euros each from ticket sales.
With Korkolis on stage were The Contemporary Music Orchestra of ERT (Greek Radio and Television) conducted by conductor Nick Tsouchlos and singers Alkestes Protopsalti, Sonia Theodoridou, Antonis Remos, and Eleonora Zouganelli.
The concert is the biggest fundraising event of the year for “Together for Children,” with ticket proceeds making an important contribution to the operating budgets of all ten member organizations including PNOE. In 2011, the Herodian event drew 5,000 people and raised 20,000 Euros. As PNOE Executive Director Evie Georgiades noted, “While we did experience a drop in attendance and income, it was much less than we had feared. Our committee members from all ten organizations pitched in and did a fantastic job this year in the face of the crisis.”[:]
